Description de l'itinéraire
This is a loop hike. Starting at parking, it rises relatively steeply up to Mount John Observatory. Subsequently, the loop continues with a gentle descent. This loop will take 2 - 3 hours, and involves an ascent and descent of a few hundred metres, which is quite tough on a hot day! The track is well signposted and is popular with tourists.
