Itinerary description

Thru the northern part of Aspremonte to Tiriolo in the province Vibo Valentia allong the Sentiero Italia, but not always strictly followed. Between Mongianio and San Bruno the sentiero Frassati is followed. The stage north of Carrafa was blocked by a landslide and the path thereafter was completly overgrown. Therefore a long detour has been made on the paved road to get to Tiriolo. Therefore it would be better to look for an alternate track between Graffias and Tiriolo.
